Robert WordesRobert "Bob" Wordes has been an Atlanta resident since 1979. Mr. Wordes joined The Shopping Center Group in November 2006 to lead the Landlord Services Division. In this regard, Mr. Wordes is responsible for TSCG's property management, landlord leasing, investment sales, finance and consulting services for clients throughout the region. Mr. Wordes has extensive experience in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, leasing and property management. He is a former Senior Vice President with Cousins Properties and most recently was affiliated with the First Fidelity Companies in Atlanta.
As Senior Vice President with Cousins Properties, Mr. Wordes was integral in the development of the Cousins shopping center portfolio which totaled over 500 million square feet and included power centers, community centers, neighborhood centers and specialty shopping centers. Mr. Wordes was also responsible for all retail project asset management and leasing. At First Fidelity, Mr. Wordes offered clients a broad spectrum of investment services in the commercial real estate industry including debt and equity placement, investment sales and consulting.
Mr. Wordes serves on The Shopping Center Group Board of Directors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant.
