Our Mission
Metro Real Estate Investment Advisors creates increasedwealth for individual private equity and institutional investors
through the strategic acquisition, development and sale
of real estate.
Our real estate funds provide our investors with intermediate term
investment opportunities (anticipated maturation of 3 to 7 years) in
metro Atlanta and other growing southeastern markets.
Following the sale of the fund's real estate assets, our investors
receive a preferred return on their equity investment and a profit
participation in the asset sale.
