The principals of Metro Real Estate Investment Advisors (MREIA) have over 90 years of combined business experience in the areas of real estate, accounting & finance (specializing in real estate debt, financing, and tax matters), and law (specializing in private equity, capital markets, and deal structure). All of our partners have a proven track record of success in their respective areas of expertise.
One partner has over 25 years of real estate experience and is the founder of the nation's largest retail tenant representation firm which provides site selection for clients such as The Home Depot, Costco, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders Books, Office Depot, TJ Maxx, Gap, Blockbuster Video, Pier 1 Imports, Whole Foods, and Starbucks Coffee as well as over 200 other retailers. He also has served as Chairman of a highly successful national developer of industrial properties.
One partner has over 20 years of real estate experience and is the founder of a major development company that develops retail, office, and residential real estate and which has been designated as a preferred developer for CVS drug stores for over 10 years. He has been involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate including the development of more than 70 free standing CVS drug stores throughout the state of Georgia.
Another partner has over 25 years of real estate experience and has served as Senior Vice President of a large publicly traded REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) with a portfolio of over 500 million square feet of properties. He is also a CPA as well.
Additionally, another partner has over 15 years of experience in accounting & finance and has served as both a senior accountant for many real estate related clients at Atlanta's largest public accounting firm and as the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate development and property management company.
